Brief
We'll start by getting clarity around your project. What are your goals? Who is your target audience and what does success look like for them? Asking questions like these help us frame the right strategies and solutions to put into place in order to get the highest possible ROI from your new website.
Sitemap
Once we've completed our brief, we can start drawing up a sitemap. Agreeing on a sitemap helps everyone get a clear understanding of the way the information will be presented on your website. Here is an example of a sitemap we've done in the past!
Design & develop
This is where the fun begins for us and we put our 10+ years of web design and development work to good use. We'll take your current branding (or ###newly designed branding#), and bring it to life by combining your business goals with beautifully designed custom layouts.
Launch
Outside of our routine check-ins, we also offer up plenty of moments to get feedback from you during the web design process. Once you've given us the "this is the website of my dreams" sign off, we'll go ahead and get your website up and running on a live server for the world to see! At this point, we'll send over training videos necessary to help you manage your site content going forward. We also offer ###website care plans that handle all of that for you so you can continue to run your business without having to worry about updating, securing, or backing up your brand new website.
Support & maintain
Once your website is up and running, it's crucial to stay on top of mandatory website maintenance. Keeping a website up to date means keeping it secure, up to date, monitored, and routinely backed up should anything go wrong. We understand that if business owner's don't want to build their own website, they likely won't want to keep it up to date either. With our website care plans, we take care of all of it for you!
