Our support plans include time dedicated specifically towards updating the content on your website. Based on the plan you are on, you are allotted different amounts of time.
At this time, support plan minutes that have not been used in the months prior cannot be rolled over. If you have a specific scope of work you wish you address, please reach out and a custom scope of work will be provided!
Yes! While we would prefer to support websites that we have built, we do support websites that we have not.
Not all developer builds are created equal, so in order to properly assess if we can support your website, we recommend getting our Website Health Check before we do. This way, we can run a thorough check of your website to see what needs to be done to best support your website.
With our Premium Support plan, we’ll have a monthly call to strategize your website for your business to put it in its best possible position for the month ahead.
On this call, we can discuss things like traffic metrics, content updates or anything else related to digital marketing.
